Classes are on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 5.15-6.15pm (Maximum 12 students per session)

For this age, we focus on:
– Increasing Self-Confidence
– Improving Health & Fitness
– Elevate Focus & Concentration
– Learn to Stay Safe through awareness & personal space
– Set & Achieve Goals
